Animal Assisted Therapy

At Jeffers Psychology we have a dedicated therapy dog named Dio. Dio helps clients feel comfortable while soaking up their pats. Sometimes psychotherapists can seem daunting, especially for new clients. 

Dio’s commitment lies in making sure it doesn’t feel so scary to open up about anxiety, depression, destructive behaviours or relationship issues.
